Prom season in the Triad runs late April through May, and High Point Central High School, T.W. Andrews High School, Southwest Guilford High School, and Wesleyan Christian Academy all hold proms within a compressed six-week window. Demand for party buses across High Point and Guilford County spikes sharply during this window, and the best vehicles go first — often by December for May prom dates.
A typical 6-hour prom rental covering school pickup, a photo stop at High Point City Lake Park or the Clock Tower on Main Street, venue drop-off, and an after-party return runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked five or more months out. Waiting until March or April pushes that to $2,800+ or results in no availability at all. Parent committees and student groups book through us regularly across Guilford County — we know the timing and the routes.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. Call 704-504-7651 to lock in your date.
